Since if you do not take the lesson seriously and never bother to follow the guidelines of your trainer, then how can the trainer be able to help you?
So first thing one should always remember is that; respect your trainer and never show arrogant or irresponsible behavior as it can spoil your image in the eyes of trainer and then you are bound to be in the loss in the long run.
Most of the trainers are strict people as they have been trained to be so; some people thought that they are very rude which is not true. Try to understand that a trainer needs to be very strict otherwise his students will gain nothing. So make sure that you give all the respect to your Fitness Trainers and make him feel an important person in your life. Also remember to be punctual in attending all the sessions and strictly follow all the diet guidelines to make best use of your fitness program.
